We offer single site licensing. Each website using the plugin will need its own license.

No. We do not support the transfer of our licenses.
No. We only provide support for self-hosted WordPress websites, and we do not provided support for websites hosted on WordPress.com

Our licenses are renewed annually. As long as you have an active license, support will be provided.
Support is offered through our support-ticket software. Phone support and live chat support are not available.
Simply sign into your account on FoxlyPress and open a support ticket. One of our team members will provide assistance as soon as possible. Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.
The plugin will continue to work for some period of time, but you will no longer have access to updates and support.
