Licensing

FoxlyPress is the sole propitiator for the license keys and rights to sale/distribute the license keys. You are prohibited to resell or redistribute license keys associated with FoxlyPress products.

Please note that, if FoxlyPress finds that, the customer abuses the license keys, redistributes, or resells a license key, the license key can be canceled. FoxlyPress reserves the right to cancel any license keys where abuse is confirmed.

License Duration and Subscription

All software sold by FoxlyPress includes a twelve-month license that grants you access to the product, product updates, and customer support. To continue having access to product updates and customer support beyond the first year following your purchase, you need to continue to renew your license. 

Billing and Auto-Renewal

Annual subscriptions for our product licenses are paid up front and renew automatically. This means that you will be billed for your annual subscription at the time of purchase and the subscription will automatically renew indefinitely until explicitly cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account dashboard or by opening a support ticket.

If you cancel your services, your cancellation takes effect on your next billing cycle.

Customers who cancel an annual license prior to its renewal date are not eligible for a partial or pro-rated refund.

Expired Licenses

If your subscription expires and you do not renew it. You can still use the product. However, you will no longer be able to re-download the product, or receive updates or support for it.
