How to Open a Support Ticket

To open a support ticket, you just need to navigate to our support portal while signed into your customer account.

Step 1: Sign In #

Step 2: Navigate to our support tab in the main menu (top bar) #

Step 3: Select “Support Portal” from the drop-down. #

Step 4: Click Create New Ticket #
